"No surprise price changes at checkout"
I booked my ticket through Indian Eagle, and I really liked that the price was clear from the beginning.
What showed up in the search was basically what I ended up paying, with no random extra charges suddenly popping up at checkout. That’s such a big deal for me when booking flights online.
The site was easy to use, and I didn’t feel rushed or tricked at any point. Overall, it was a really good experience, and I’d definitely use it again.

"Got answers fast, thankfully"
I needed to change my flight date i don’t have much patience for sitting around waiting on support. Luckily, they got back to me quickly. The person explained my options clearly and didn’t make it more complicated than it needed to be. I was glad I wasn’t stuck waiting forever. Overall, it was a good experience.

"Didn’t Have to Wait Long"
I called Indian Eagle expecting to be stuck on Hold for a while, but the wait wasn’t bad at all. Someone picked up Quick and helped me change my ticket without making it complicated. It was a simple, Smooth experience for me.

I was checking a few different sites for my India ticket and finally booked through indianeagle.com. The price was a little cheaper there, not like a huge saving, but it did saved me some money. The booking part was fine and the fare stayed the same at checkout, which I liked. I’m giving 4 stars because the flight options could be a bit better...

I booked through Indian Eagle after seeing a promo offer, and the discount did apply, so that part was fine. But once I got to the final price and compared it with other options, the savings weren’t as much as I thought they would be.
The booking itself went smoothly, but I do wish the promo details were explained a little more clearly upfront. I might check their deals again if I’m booking in the future, but I probably won’t jump on every offer unless the terms are easier to understand.

"Fees Could Be Clearer"
Booking was mostly fine, but I really wish the extra fees were easier to see Before checkout. I had to click around a bit just to figure out the final price, which was kind of annoying. Not a bad site at all, just needs better Transparency so people don’t feel unsure right at the end

I had to cancel my ticket, which was a bit annoying, and I was worried it would turn into one of those refund headaches. Canceling tickets is always a hassle, always takes longer than it should, and I really didn’t want to keep chasing support again and again. But to be fair, the refund came faster than I expected. Support kept me updated, so I wasn’t left wondering what was going on. Still, the whole cancel-and-refund thing is never fun, but this time it went smoothly.

I ran into an issue with my booking and had to contact support. It took a bit longer than I expected, maybe they were just dealing with a lot of requests that day, but eventually they sorted everything out properly. Not the fastest experience, but it worked out fine in the end.

I had to cancel my trip at the last minute and was worried about whether I’d get my refund. Indian Eagle support did answer and explained the airline rules clearly, which helped. Just a heads up though, it’s not a quick process. It took a few days and I had to follow up once before it was finally handled. They did process it like they said they would, so I’d say they were fair and helpful, but be prepared to stay on top of it if you’re canceling

I was fully expecting the usual airline change chaos because somehow even the smallest schedule update turns into a 12-step problem these days. I booked my ticket through Indian Eagle my biggest worry was the baggage rules because airlines always make that stuff feel more confusing than it needs to be. The info shown on the site turned out to match exactly what the airline allowed at check-in, so there were no surprise fees or awkward arguments at the airport. I even remember standing there with one suitcase that had a bright orange ribbon tied to it for no real reason, just waiting for someone to say there was an issue, but everything went smoothly. It seems like a small thing, but it really helped me feel more relaxed before the trip. Overall, a good experience

"Got my flight booked, but it wasn’t the smoothest"
I was able to book my flight in the end, but the whole site felt a bit clunky to me. Compared to other travel sites I’ve used, some pages took longer to load and the filters weren’t as easy to figure out. It did the job, just not as smoothly as I would’ve liked.
